Documenting my transition into Product Management by analyzing the products I use daily and proposing strategic improvements.
I’m currently building out a new section of my portfolio focused on product strategy—where I analyze the everyday products I use not just as a designer, but as a user, customer, and systems thinker.
This is my way of sharpening my skills in feature definition, strategic thinking, and product execution, while building a deeper understanding of what makes products succeed.
In this space, I’m actively practicing the full scope of Product Management—from identifying user problems and uncovering product opportunities, to writing clear product requirements, prioritizing features, mapping user journeys, and spotting friction points.
I also explore competitive and market analysis, propose MVPs and iterative roadmaps, align cross-functional teams around business goals, and define success through KPIs and continuous user feedback.
I'm still working on this, and case studies will be published in the coming weeks. If you're working on product-led initiatives or open to collaboration, I’d love to connect.
